Peran Literasi Digital dalam Memperkuat Pemberdayaan Pokdarwis terhadap Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berkelanjutan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan Pokdarwis terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan dengan literasi digital sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal pada 66 pengurus Pokdarwis di 18 desa wisata Kabupaten Lebak. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan Pokdarwis meningkatkan literasi digital dan pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Literasi digital juga berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan serta memediasi hubungan antara pemberdayaan Pokdarwis dan pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan yang diintegrasikan dengan peningkatan literasi digital mampu mendorong partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat tata kelola destinasi, serta mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital sebagai mekanisme strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program pemberdayaan Pokdarwis.
