Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan Pokdarwis terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Lebak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS. Pemberdayaan Pokdarwis diukur melalui aspek pelatihan, kesadaran, keterampilan, aksesibilitas, dan asosiasi, sedangkan pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan diukur melalui partisipasi masyarakat, penerapan standar lingkungan, pertukaran budaya, inisiatif pengembangan destinasi, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan Pokdarwis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan masyarakat mampu meningkatkan partisipasi, kolaborasi, dan tata kelola destinasi yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pemberdayaan Pokdarwis merupakan strategi penting dalam memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat.
